1. Membership Requirements

To Access Our Auctions:

• ✓Be at least 18 years of age
• ✓Complete KYC verification (government-issued ID)
• ✓Pay €500 refundable deposit
• ✓Membership by invitation and application only

Identity Verification (KYC)

Required to ensure a secure and trusted environment for all members. KYC verification protects the integrity of our auctions and ensures all participants are authenticated. All verifications are manually reviewed by our compliance team for your protection.

Refundable Deposit — €500

• Required to access auctions and unlock bidding privileges
• Paid via bank transfer (SEPA Instant), cryptocurrency, or credit card
• Fully refundable upon request
• Can be applied toward your first purchase, but must remain on deposit to maintain bidding privileges

2. Auction Rules

Before the Auction

• All lots published in our online catalogue with detailed condition reports and photographs
• Auctions conducted in Central European Time (CET)
• Pre-auction questions welcome — contact your Private Client Advisor

During the Auction

• Live-streamed with real-time bidding
• Live chat to communicate with the auctioneer and other participants via private alias system
• All watches shown during the live stream

When You Place a Bid

By placing a bid, you agree to:

• An irrevocable commitment to purchase at that price
• Complete the purchase if you are the winning bidder
• A binding contract with no exceptions

3. Payment Obligations

If You Win an Auction:

• Timeline:Payment due within 3 business days
• Methods:Bank transfer (SEPA Instant) or cryptocurrency
• Security:Payment held in auctioneering proceeds escrow until delivery

If You Fail to Pay:

• ✗€500 deposit forfeited immediately
• ✗10% penalty charged on hammer price
• ✗Account permanently banned
• ✗Legal action may be pursued for remaining balance
• ✗Reported to credit agencies and collections

4. Fee Structure

Buyer's Premium (added to winning bid)

Example: Win at €50,000 → Pay €50,000 + €2,000 (4%) = €52,000 total

5. Delivery

Delivery Options:

Handover Confirmation:

• Confirm receipt through your "My Watches" dashboard
• Releases funds from escrow and completes transaction
• Sales are final once you confirm receipt

International Buyers:

• Shipping available case-by-case
• You pay customs duties, taxes, and import fees
• We handle export documentation and insurance

6. Authenticity & Condition Guarantee
